The historic building's grandeur, complete with high ceilings and a unique room configuration in Room 3, added a touch of luxury to my experience. the convenience of the electronic key fob, seamlessly operating both the main entrance and my room door, highlighted the hotel's attention to detail. the cozy sitting area in my spacious room provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions. the central location near various dining options, including Baryo Pilipinas and Restaurant De Basiliek, made it a prime choice for immersing myself in the local culinary scene. Overall, Velvet Lodge's blend of historic charm, modern amenities, and impeccable service made it a standout choice for a memorable stay in Den Haag.
